Membership Levels

3TC training options fall into six overlapping categories detailed below. The 12-Month and 6-Month Academy Membership options are the most comprehensive training packages. The Specialized Small Group Training options have more flexibility and less total commitment than the membership program. Skill Specific Training is for extra focus on areas requiring refinement and improvement. Lastly, the Hummingbirds Training is a fun program for our youngest athletes ages 5-7.

Academy Training

Designed around weekly small group sessions with like-minded and similarly-skilled players, the Academy includes the choice of any three Skills Sessions, and no extra fees for Futsal. Academy is 3TC’s most comprehensive and cost effective training programs. They are available in 12-Month and 6-Month packages.

Small Group Training

These training sessions are designed to work with a group size of about 7-10 players that are around the same age and skill level. Craig Demmin will assess your player and place them in an appropriate small group. During the small group training sessions players will follow a training module that progresses players through a process of working on soccer specific skills and decision making through different drills and games. Small Group Trainings are offered in 24 or 12 session packages.

Skill Specific Training

This is an option for players who may not want to join the full academy membership but would like to work on some needed skill areas. The small group skill specific training options are listed and explained on the member's page and are available in 24 or 12 session packages. Each session will cover intense training on that specific skill which will help the player and group advance their soccer knowledge and work on any techniques that may need to be improved. The skills specific trainings are also accessible to our full-time academy players through their membership. Please sign up for the desired session and Craig Demmin will place your player in the age and skill level appropriate group session. 

Hummingbirds Training

The Hummingbirds Training Sessions are for our youngest “footballers”, ages 5-7. Entirely structured around the enjoyment of the game, fun is at the core of our program. The Hummingbirds Training program is offered as an 8 week session.
