Adult Fitness Classes

Class Description: Join our group exercise class twice a week to get your endurance, strength, and mobility work in. We'll incorporate functional movements using bands, TRX suspension trainers, and stability balls on the futsal court. Our instructor will provide tailored modifications and progressions to meet your individual needs. Class size is limited to ensure personalized attention, so secure your spot today!

Class times: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00 am-7:00 am and 7:30-8:30 am

Cost: $180/month - includes a total of 8 classes ($22.50/class)

Drop-ins: there will be a waitlist online. If someone can’t make it, you’ll be notified to sign up. $30/class.

Requirements: This is a beginner to intermediate class. We’ll progress throughout the month, adding more complex movements. We’d like for you to have some exercise or movement knowledge or have stepped into a gym. If you’re interested but unsure of if you’re ready, please reach out to Jen and we’ll complete an assessment before you join.

Instructor Bio: Jen has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry working for luxury brand companies like Equinox and Midtown Athletic Club as a group fitness instructor, fitness coach, and registered dietitian. Before moving to Upstate NY, she worked for the LA Galaxy’s sports medicine team and was a part of UCLA’s performance nutrition team. She completed her Bachelor of Science from Cal State Long Beach and dietetic internship at Cornell University.
